The Company was incorporated as Kome-On Communication Limited, with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on February 03, 1994.

The Corporate Identity Number of the Company is L74110GJ1994PLC021216.

Presently, the registered office of the Company is situated at 3rd Floor, Chinubhai House, 7-B Amrutbaug Colony, Opp: Sardar Patel Stadium, Near Hindu Colony, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380014.

The main object of the Company as per the Memorandum of Association and Articles & Association is to set up a studio related to Films/TV, to develop, trade, market TV Serials, AD Films, Documentaries, Educational Films, Children’s Films, etc. in related electronic media

As on date the Authorized Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 15,01,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crore One Lakh only), comprising of 1,50,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each. The issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 15,00,81,070/- (Rupees Fifteen Crore Eighty One Thousand Seventy only), comprising of 1,50,08,107 equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs Eight thousand One Hundred Seven Only) each, fully paid up.

The Company came out with its Initial Public Offering during 2016. The Company is listed on BSE Limited.
